Complaint / review text:
I have a 2013 WG787 that lasted only 15 months before dying. The mower will only run very slowly with a fully charged battery. I purchased a new battery and with that fully charged battery it still did not run. Called the customer support line and was placed on hold for over 30 minutes and then asked to leave a message. When I called back, the voice mail told me to call back at another time. I also own a Worx snow blower that fell apart in my driveway last winter while snow blowing. Do not buy ANY products from Worx.
