Complaint / review text:
Ordered an item, not cheap mind you, on 617. Website said it was a pre-order and item would ship 7/20.7/20 came and went and I contacted Décor Glamour. Customer service was very snotty and told me item would ship 8/1.8/1 came and went. Contacted Décor Glamour again and again, from a nasty customer service rep who I could barely understand, told me the item would now ship 9/1.9/1 came and went (getting the hint of the issue here??!!), when I called again, was told the manufacturer was delayed in shipping product (yet amazing that I could order and get from another site within a week). Was told this time it would ship by end of week 9/12. Guess what? It didn't ship. Have now been told it would ship (yeah, right) by end of this week. I called to cancel my order. When requesting customer service, was told there was 1 caller ahead of me. Proceeded to stay on hold for almost 20 minutes at which time was told to leave a message. What??? Called back, pressed for sales rather than customer service. Long, long story, I finally cancelled by order in hopes that I won't get charged. I would much rather pay twice the price at a company with customer service that cares than deal with the company again. Buyer beware!
