On the 22 June 2014, my daughter, my wife and myself signed an agreement to buy the two properties, Units 135 and 136 at Greenstone Crest separately, we would have been the guarantors for the bond of my daughter's property. However my daughters application was rejected.
So we decided that we will only purchase the one property, since the one was rejected. My wife sent an email to the sale person, Glenda Stidolph, telling her of the rejected application and that we will only be taking one of the properties, and asked her advise for the way forward. Glenda did not respond??? Why. This was on the 31/0714. We did not suspect anything untoward for the non reply, and submitted the documentation for the one property (with my wife's and my financial status) the loan was granted. Glenda continued to pester my wife about the other property, my wife indicated that we did not want to take the second.
At no point did Glenda indicate that the property unit 136 could not be cancelled. If she had indicated this, then we would have made the application for unit 136 and left out the rejected property.
They submitted the application for the second property, which is not required.
