We moved into a Realty 1 rental unit and arranged with the agent for the inspection to be done 30.08.2014 as this was when we moved. She confirmed this. Te day in question we waited the whole day and nobody called or apologized for this. Luckily we were still moving so we were home the whole day. Someone called me the following week to arrange for inspection on 06.09.2014. As y fianc? And I both work out of town something came up and both of us had to work. At least I had the decency to cancel the appointment. I have not heard from this Inspection woman or the estate agent which both have my cellphone number which could easily have smsed me, which they didn't. Now today I get a phone call from Cynthia screaming at me telling me that the previous tenant can't get their deposit back because the inspection wasn't done, This unit was empty for a month, why was it not done? Who gives her the right to scream at clients? And then to top if off she tells me at the end that she hopes the new tenants do the same to us when we move out? How do you do that? This is your incompetence that has led to the inspection not done now you want to call me and scream at me and wish bad on me? Pathetic!!!
