Complaint / review text:
After completing the whole application process as explained to us, paying over all the amounts required and being told we could get the keys to our new unit on Friday afternoon, that same afternoon we were told it could not happen as we had to wait for the owner to sign and approve the contract. We were never told Angor was just the marketing agent and so our expectations were very different.
We had to endure a lot of stress as we almost didn't have a home (were told last minute we might not get approved), almost cancelled our move (which was already paid) just because we were never given all the information and was constantly told nothing can be done because they cant get hold of the owner. We got the keys at 3h on Saturday afternoon and had to pay our movers extra as they had to wait all day for INCASE we get the keys.
Blame was passed to us the whole time and no effort made to help us with our problems caused by Angor`s miss communication. We were mislead and then left with the consequences. We got the keys in the end but this was the worst experience I have ever had with an agency and just overall bad service and especially bad communication
