I purchased this Unit at Ascari in 2009 and every year the Bathroom walls have had to be broken down due leaking piples due non SABS approved plumbing system.
Initially Balwin were accommodating to assist with the repairs as they had similar issues in many of the the Units in the Ascari complex and they did not wish to be held legally for the inferior workmanship on their site as they wished to uphold their reputation. Jacques, their representative has advised clearly the Unit is out of warranty and although it is a pre-existing problem without solutions they have now no intention of assisting and this goes across the board with all the leaking units causing severe damage and health issues throughout Ascari.
It is heresay at this stage that similar problems are being experienced in their Units in the Greenstone Hill area and we are busy trying to investigate and identify specific issues as feel Balwin are being unfair in their abismal approach to Customer Service when they are fully aware they are at fault due poor workmanship.
The owners are experiencing loss of income issues etc as the Plumbers who Balwin recommend do not return your calls as they too are aware of the history.
