Angor suggested testing my electrical meter due to a high bill. The norm is: 3 quotes, then final approval by liable parties before actual work is done.in this case only 1 quote was obtained and final approval given by Van De Sandt Estate Management. Following up with Angor, they advised that the meter was tested and in order, they are going to bill me accordingly. I refused this bill as my final approval was not given as per procedure. Teesh (the account manager) told me that i should not complain and just pay my bills. I got hold of her Boss Peter Arnold (GM) who took weeks to call me back after i left several msg's and called his boss. When he called me back firstly he told me that he thought it had been sorted when he was well aware this was not the case. He called me back again we agreed that both Angor and myself would pay 50/50. He refused to do anything about Teesh's behaviour. I tried to call him back just to double check all was in order. He did not answer nor call me back. I email his staff of the agreement. He then denied it completely. Niki (Denis's PA) was very nice and tried to resolve the matter but was unable. Still unresolved with a bill Angor are forcing me to pay in full.
