I returned my vacuum to Dyson to get the power cable replaced (dogs chewed), was quoted $80 for the fix and full service on my machine. It has been months, Dyson have added a bunch of extra costs pushing the service fee of $80 to over $200 and now refuse to return my vacuum which was only 2 months old and cost me over $850. Do not purchase from dyson if you expect good customer service, and don't want to be ripped off. Extremely unhappy customer!!! And I still don't have my vacuum back.
