On the 27/06/2014 i sent an email requesting that I receive my invoices via my email address which have I supplied to them as I was not receivng them via post. I sent a follow up email on the 28/08/2014 as I still didn't receive my invoices as requested. I got a response from them on 01/09/2014 asking me to provide them with my account number or stand number which I supplied the following day being the 02/09/2014. To this day I am still waiting for my invoices to be sent and there hasn't been any communication non what so ever from their side, the only commucation I receive from them is an sms reminding me that the payment is due. I find this really so unprofessional and completely annoying because I do have the right to receive my monthly invoices so it is as if they will be doing me a favour if they sending me those invoices. If I had a choice to change this company I would have done so long ago. Totally unhappy with their service, poor service to say the least.
