Complaint / review text:
Formal complaint lodged 14/06/13, but had tremendous difficulty in contacting the right person, as emails kept bouncing back and phone calls weren't answered. Eventually I managed to deal with Nqobile Thwala in the legal dept. She was helpful and friendly, but I had to keep jogging her memory and sent numerous emails regarding the case and status. This was against an estate agent, who had done me in with a sale and in fact, had not provided any service regarding the sale, unless I primed her. She had sole mandate, but did nothing and a year later I contacted another company and was offered a very low price for my timeshare. I agreed but wasn't happy. The next day, original agent contacted me out of the blue and said she had a buyer for double the price I was offered. I stated that I would withdraw the deal with 2nd agent and go with her, to which she refused and there was a whole uproar and nonsensical excuses as to why I couldn't do this, etc. All told, I was right and had the normal 5 day cooling off period, but she would have nothing to do with it. EAAB ruled in favour of the agent and I disputed this and wrote to Deli on 20/8/14 and called her, but she was always unavailable.
