My refrigerator quit cooling on November 9,2014. This was called into American Home Shield. On November 11,2014 Lott Appliance out of Sumrall came out on a service call. I'm being told the sensor board is out. They picked up the service fee on the same day. The part was not ordered until November 14,2014. After NUMEROUS calls to American Home Shield and the contractor it is now November 21,2014 & they have yet to repair the appliance. I'm being told there is nothing they can do other than refer this to someone else. I will be purchasing a refrigerator tonight. I would not recommend American Home Shield or Lott Appliance to anyone! This is beyond unacceptable.
