No response for months regarding servicing

I occupied the property managed by Bregan properties since march, the property since then moved officed and their office number no longer existed. I have a problem regarding the geyzer that is leaking and the pipes but for months trying to get hold of the agency with no luck, as i realised with my eelectricity bill that i get from Impact meters owing thousands of rands which is very much unreasonable for a property occupied by only 2 people. Finally i got hold of Chris 2 weeks back for assistant, electrician appointed twice that they made appointment but he was advised by Chris not to touch anything. How do you make appointment but not do anything? Why come and waste my day off from work? The house is leaking from the bathroom to the kitchen and now the water runs to the sitting room where it damaged my TV stand unit. My furniture is now damaged due to lack of service and maintenace Bregan properties have. How do you expect people to leave in a place like that, everyday i come back home and i have to clean the water. I want my deposit money back and i want my furniture replaced. The worst service ever!!! Angry Client
