I here apologize to Huurkor for the complaint that I posted onto HelloPeter on 11 December stating that they are amateurs. There were multiple communication problems between myself and the staff of Huurkor and I acted without thinking. The contract did no stipulate a time frame of 45 days, I was confusing this with the contract of my current flat and I apologize for this. Huurkor was fast on acting to the complaint that I posted and indicated that I did not understand my contract fully. Furthermore, I apologize for any damage that might have been caused by this complaint. Luwandra is not a bad agent and I am sorry for posting the complaint on her name without making sure that I understood everything that the contract stated. Payments have to reflect in Huurkor's account by the latest on the third of each month and thus, cannot be paid on the third of the month, as this causes it to reflect late which then implies a penalty fee. Please ignore the previous statement that I posted.
