Home Depot Entry Door Order Botched at all Levels - Custom Door Installation

Complaint / review text:
We ordered a custom front door from the Home Depot Laguna Niguel on La Paz, requesting a measure, delivery and installation. We were told the door would take about a month and would be installed within a week of it arriving at the store. About 1 month later, a call from custom doors: "our door is in and ready for pick-up!" I reply that the installers should be picking it up. Home Depot says that installation was not part of our order. I go to the store, find out I still need to pay for installation, (so I do it on the spot), but now we have to wait 3 weeks for installation. 3 weeks later we get a call from our installer: he is sick and won't be coming. Many calls to Home Depot, we get some priority and they will be sending an installer in just 4 days! 4 days later, a call from the installer: a part is missing from our door, (but it can be added later with 15 minutes of work), but wait, it's kinda rainy, and tomorrow is a holiday and he really doesn't want to install my door. So many more calls to Home Depot, we are now scheduled for 6 days from today. Who thinks this door will actually be put on my house in 6 days??? Hint: not me.
