Complaint / review text:
We were put in a position where I had no opportunity to put away money in advance for a new place because "apparently the owner decided to move back in" Not only have we had to deal with our neighbour next door, but we had to go through R1000 ELECTRICITY in the first 3 months of renting because apparently it isn't a priority to check that someone didn't tamper with the electrical box, and when we did enquire about it, we were told we were rude to want the owners electrician's to come out after hours to fix it by your. We also did not receive a set of rules for the complex, which to my knowledge is our agents responsibility to get but I guess that's not a priority either. We also had no opportunity to deal with the matter of the next door neighbour complaining since we are in a pet friendly complex as well as an enclosure that has houses with cats, we have also had instances where cats from outside the complex urinated on our furniture but we did not complain since this is what you take into account when moving into a pet friendly place, i am now in the position where i have to put my animals down because i cannot in a pet friendly place. The agents are rude and unhelpful!
