Ordered carpet and paid. Waited 1.5 week to get measurement. Paid for the carpet on 02-16-15 and on 2-25,2-26 and 2-27 I called to check status of carpet. I was told it would be in on Thursday, no later than Friday. Carpet not in but I was given a number to call the installation company who said they could not schedule installation until the carpet had arrived but regardless, their earliest install date was on March 19th.
I also received different information from the Home Depot expediter and the installer which left me wanting to end the deal due to loss of trust with Home Depot and an uneasy feeling... And after much questioning between both parties thinking my thoughts were that my wait time would clearly be much longer than 4 weeks. I went on 02-27 to get my refund and they could partially refund my credit card but hadn't onetime refund the installation so we asked to talk to a manager to find out why no one knew how to do this task. We did finally receive full refund.
