To say customer service is NON-EXISTENT is an understatement. It seem like they go out of their way to irritate their customers. It is Feb 9th and the door I ORDERED ON JULY 27 was finally installed ON OCTOBER 24th. The door looked like a factory reject and was improperly installed. Home Depot and the Manufacturer agreed to replace the door and it was scheduled for the first week of January. The installers waited for 3 hours for Home Depot to deliver the door and left as they had no ETA on the delivery. As of Feb 9th, I am still waiting on the door to be delivered. The installation was so bad I have ICE FORMING on the INSIDE of my door. To date neither the Glendale Heights Store or Corporate have resolved the issue. I will update this post if and when the issue has been resolved.

The door was replaced on Friday March 13th and it looks like it was properly installed. I will have to wait until winter to see if I still have ice forming on the door.
Home Depot stated that they will issue me a refund. I contacted them to see if how I should proceed with this..
Spoke with the store manager on 4/10 and was promised a call back on 4/13. No call and no refund.
