We purchased a 48" built in kitchenaid fridge in 2007, model #KSSC48QMS. Had a service call due to fan noise and changing temps. Told by authorized service that board was not available at all. My repair co offered to send my board out to be repaired but no guarantee. Spoke to kitchenaid cust service who could have cared LESS. They created a case number and told me I would be contacted within 7-10 days. I had to call them and was told due to the age of my fridge nothing was going to be done. Think long and hard before buying a Kitchen Aid Fridge.
