Complaint / review text:
Supervisor who says I must schedule yet another repair visit so technical support can get involved. They refuse to replace my refrigerator unless Technical support deems it "unrepairable" and I am stuck yet again taking time off work to wait for their repair person for the 4th week in a row! Obviously they don't know what's wrong with it. They're just changing one part after the next and hoping they happen to find the problem. Needless to say I am disgusted!
This refrigerator isn't even 3 months old! To make matters worse, Whirlpool continues to give me the run around, arguing their point instead of listening to me - the customer! Does customer service mean anything anymore? Not at Whirlpool evidently! Big company, big name, too big to deal with the concerns of one customer in a customer focused way! I'll be writing to their executives. Shame on you Whirlpool!
