Complaint / review text:
I had my pool installed last year, and due to the way the pool was installed when I opened the pool this year the sand that the installer had put around the base of the pool had washed out and left pebbles between liner and wall of the pool. The pool is just now a year old and I already have to replace the liner in it directly due to the way the installer set the pool up. Blue World pools is telling me it's my problem and they are going to charge me to come and fix the issue. For the amount of money I paid for the pool and the setup, I should not have issues this soon. Stay away from this company!
