I have had an account with your Queensbury office for a good 7 years. Yes I have on occasion, been late with a payment but promptly paid in full within 2 weeks. I had an unforeseen accident that enables me from making my payment this week and I informed at your Queensbury NY store of my incident and he got very rude and disrespectful to me when I stated that I had no other option but to make a double payment next Wednesday. He was not going to accept that. He said he would have somebody out here to pick up the computer I've been renting for over a year now over $34.00. I am so sorry I have to make a double payment as my dog got a hold of my bottom denture and I had to come up with $315.00 to get it replaced on Monday the 29th of June.
I think me being able to eat trumps my Rent-A-Center payment this week. I have NEVER had a problem with your company before. Their phone # is 518-793-5300 and I would appreciate it as being a loyal customer for so many years that I am not harassed with threatening phone calls. I have over $700.00 into this computer and absolutely not am I letting them take it over a $34.00 payment. That's just crazy and unprofessional behavior from your manager at that store... Thank you.
