Complaint / review text:
We purchased our top fridge - bottom freezer unit from Best Buy approximately 5 years ago. Last May it started making a lot of noise and then stopped cooling. We paid over $300.00 to fix it (defrosted it due to ice in back and replaced some parts). Now, one year later it's not cooling at all. The ice maker no longer senses when it is full either. It is a piece of junk. I will NEVER buy another Samsung appliance.
