I discontinued service with HomeAdvisor due to billing. I got injured and I called to discontinue service but they kept sending me leads and they kept charging me, even though I called. And during that period when I was injured, I wasn't working. So for that reason, my bill went up to $300 and I ended up discontinuing the service. But HomeAdvisor helped us and any kind of lead service helped. I was happy with them until I had that problem.
There's plenty of lead services out there that charge a flat rate, where HomeAdvisor charges per lead. So I currently have a service. I have it only because it's good for me to carry it. I need to spend money on advertising. It's another expense I need to do. I get a lot of leads from them but they're based on a flat rate. They send me so many leads per month and I pay the same monthly fee. With HomeAdvisor, billing is every week and it gets expensive really quick.
