Ok so wanted a pool for our family of seven and ground pools were $30,000 and out of our price range. Then we find Blue World Pools. Loved the chlorine free system so we went for it, 27 ft classic with all the bells and whistles.install took 5 weeks to complete and everything seemed fine... Until... I started noticing divots in sand bottom and then I noticed more and more. Now at a month since install I am losing 3 inches of water every 12 hours and the ground around the pool is soaking wet (I inspected the pump and filter and find no leaks). The leak is coming from the vinyl liner.
I had left messages for service about unrelated issues (The old broken fountain they sent me and now are on back order and they can't replace) but No one ever called me back. However when I called and threatened them I got a callback. Amazing how that worked. Now I am waiting on the installer to call me to set up coming out and fixing the pool which I am sure will take the rest of the summer of not being able to use the pool not to mention the $100 in chemicals it cost me to balance the water since I am losing it all to a leak. If I didn't have these issues and lack of response from the company I would give them 5 stars.
