After a couple uses of my food processor, one of the blades broke off the S-blade. I contacted KitchenAid to get a replacement. The first time I contacted them, they sent me the wrong blade despite repeatedly telling the representative the exact model/serial # of the processor. The second time I contacted them, the blade was never sent out. Have contacted them a third time and hoping for the best. Their customer service is lacking as they don't seem to know how to handle even simple requests.
