I purchased a Samsung refrigerator 18 months ago at Lowe's for $2000.00 and it was a french door fridge. It stopped getting cold so I got on Samsung website and found a repairman at The Appliance Doctor. They sent a man out and he looked at the fridge and said it is not worth fixing. It needs a computer and two other parts. He continued to say Samsung are junk and it will break again. I then called another well known appliance repair center and they also told me that they do not work on Samsung products. They stated they can't get parts for them. So then I contacted Samsung and that was like talking to my dog. Very unhelpful. I went out and replaced this a Whirlpool.
