Complaint / review text:
I've been a client of the Aaron's Furniture, Vineland, NJ for almost 3 years. I paid off a living room set, I've got from them. I didn't have any complaints until they changed the store manager (Joe). This past Friday, 10/2/15, Joe called me, harassing me, at 8:30 A.M., just to ask me whether I was going to go by, to pay my lease with them, a 65" TV and a bedroom set, next day (Saturday, 10/3/15). I'm already in the system that I am a veteran of the US Army, that I pay on or after the 3rd of the month. Not before! It's ridiculous that this guy calls me, at 8:30 am, wakes me up, just to ask me whether I am going to be going next day to pay. That is an obvious case of harassment. It's not like my account is past due or late. It's not like I'm a problematic client or something like that.
I am a veteran with mental issues (PTSD and MDD). It's not like I sleep well, every night and is inconceivable that this person, being the store manager, makes harassing calls. I would like to have the information to formally report this manager to Aaron's Furniture Corporate and Remedial action should be taken. Previously, he mentioned me the discontent he was with his transfer to this store. It should not be the customer's fault, nor he should be taking it against the clientele his rage or disagreement with corporate's decisions. A disappointed customer.
