My Dyson Re-engineered Ball Multi Floor I bought from Dyson Direct for around $300 broke after only 33 days of having it. I may have used it ten times tops. The cheap, red plastic piece that holds the canister to the vacuum and also dumps the canister broke rendering the vacuum useless. I asked for a refund. They did not acknowledge the refund request, rather they asked for pictures of the broken part which I promptly provided. I was finally emailed saying they'd ship the part. I received a separate email with an order invoice (which didn't seem like the description for the part I needed anyway and I questioned that with no resolve).
Ten days later I had not received the part. I again emailed and was told it would be shipped soon. At that point I asked again for a refund as they sold me a useless product and were not standing by it. They said they would not refund and my part would be shipped "soon". Then I received another invoice email that I have no faith in as it is just a copy of the first invoice that never shipped. I disputed the charge with my credit card so I'm waiting to see what happens next. I will never buy from nor recommend Dyson! I will go back to Shark which is what I should've done to start with.
