I was in a rent to own with Aaron's Rent and I was one month away from finishing my term when the Maytag refrigerator stop cooling, they came and got it and gave me a junk loaner. Two weeks later they brought it back and there was damage to the rear of the refrigerator and on Oct 21,2015 I heard a sizzling sound like water hitting a hot frying pan. I pull out the unit from the wall to unplug it and I saw water all over my wood floor and it appeared to have been leaking for days.
I called the store at the airport the next day and when I got back into town they gave me another junk loaner. This refrigerator was supposed to be brand new at the time I rented in 2013. I went to the store to inform them that I bought a new refrigerator and asked could I get a refund of some of my money or a store credit. The store manager said the only thing they could do was credit me one payment. I filed a complaint with Aaron's customer service. Got a call from the district manager and he said the only thing he could do was to give me store credit with 4 payments. I spent almost $2,400 on a 20 cu ft Maytag. I am going to take them to arbitration and let the arbitrator decide this one.
