We bought our Dyson about three years ago. It started off great. The attachment sucks and not in the good way but everything else worked great. About a year after we bought it, it started needing to be taken apart after every use to be cleaned out. I don't have pets and I'm not picking up anything that shouldn't be picked up in a vacuum. We even have to get out the air compressor to clean the filter. I've taken it in and they can't find a thing wrong with it. So of course, Dyson won't replace it.

I clean houses for a living, not once have I ever used my Dyson, but I see a ton of Dysons. It's amazing how many people are having trouble with theirs. One person's hose is not sucking, there is nothing in the line. One persons shuts off after 10 minutes of use and won't come back on for hours and another keeps collecting a huge amount of dirt in bottom filter. If I had only spent like $100 on it, I would understand but this vacuum is worse than my friend's $79 Eureka. I'm out $680.
