I do not have an address for Dyson. I have a Dyson DC17 vacuum. The mini turbine head which came with the vacuum is a hazard due to the way it connects to the vacuum for cleaning upholstered furniture. I used it for the first time last week and was amazed to find that it did not attach securely to the hose. It is very heavy and the hose is flexible. It just slips down onto a plastic tube and will not stay on. It kept slipping off as I was using it. It fell off once and fell on the side of my leg just above the ankle. It was sore, bruised and swollen. If a mom was using it and had a small child near her, it could fly off or drop off and injure the child. This product should be recalled and redesigned. I could not finish all my chairs with it and had to resort to the small attachment, which was not meant to be used on furniture. I will never try to use the turbine head again.
Otherwise, I like the vacuum. I emailed Dyson to complain about the attachment and have not heard from them. I called Dyson while I was attempting to use it and the lady said that was the way it attached and that I just shouldn't press hard. I didn't, it just falls off with use. As far as the vacuum, it is the best for cleaning floors I've ever had and I've had 5 new vacuums. Thanks.
