Ray White Balmain from the beginning was atrocious. Not that I expect much from real estate agents, but at the end of the day it felt more like I was either trying to deal with an imaginary real estate agent, or a potplant.
From having the bathroom cabinet fall on me as soon as I moved in, having my hot water fixed a month after I moved in, having countless reception messages never passed on (probably beamed into space) and dozens of emails ignored (obviously the company still functions in the 1970s, doesn't know what emails are), my experience with this excruciatingly bad real estate agency has urged me to let others know on this site, how dismal my experience was.
Our either fictitious real estate agent, or unidentified plant would have to rate as the worst customer service experience I have been through. It was by luck that by the end of my lease, they had hired a seemingly proficient new receptionist who got things done pronto.
I have a feeling our agent was the daughter of a couple who owned a franchise of this agency. Lets just say, I will never hire any one of my family members after dealing with Ray White Balmain.
