We purchased a side by side Samsung refrigerator and it started freezing on the bottom half of the refrigerator and in the back. I called and they replaced the heater on the refrigerator side. Six months later, same thing happened. They replaced it again and guess what, less than 6 months later, same thing. It cannot be replaced anymore because the tubing has been cut so many times they can’t fix it.

So, I cannot put anything in the bottom because it freezes. I have pulled the drawers out and I keep everything in an old Kenmore refrigerator out in the garage. I can only keep certain things in the Samsung. I will never buy another Samsung product. We can’t afford to go buy another refrigerator. I tell everyone not to buy a Samsung refrigerator. Something should be done because too many people are having problems with their product.
