I bought a beautiful double-door Samsung refrigerator in 2006. The next summer, during the warranty, the refrigerator died. I have made almost daily calls to Samsung for weeks and got no results - parts were always in shipment. Meanwhile, it was summer and there was no refrigerator and there were promises to fix it within a few days. Finally, I called Lowe's where we bought it and Lowe's replaced the refrigerator. Now, it's 5 years later and the replacement refrigerator is dead and Samsung does not care. Their attitude seems to be like this: "How dare you buy our refrigerator?" I won't ever again and I hope others considering Samsung read this and do not buy Samsung.
