In May of 2012, I got a new Troy-Bilt push mower at Lowe's. I got a one-year extended warranty because the woman said it would cover everything that could happen. Well it has been 3 months and the thing won't stay running. I had it sent off and paid Lowe's the $25 fee that I would get back if it was a defect. I checked at Lowe's about the mower and they said it was not a defect and my carburetor was gummed up. They said they could not fix the carburetor but could put a new one on for $130. I use the same gas can for all my mowers and have not had any problems. I told them to forget about fixing it. I won't be getting any more Troy-Bilt mowers.
