Complaint / review text:
On October 1st, I placed an online order for a microwave. It was listed as "in stock." Order processing time was listed as 24 hours, and shipping time is 5-6 days. On October 9, the order was still processing. I tried to call, but after being on hold for 45 minutes, I had to hang up. On October 10, they charged my credit card. Again, I tried to call, and after 40 minutes, somebody finally came on the phone. He proceeded to tell me that the item is out of stock and they are waiting for a delivery from the manufacturer and expect to ship the following week. I told him to cancel my order immediately and credit my account.
Today is October 22, and I am on hold again, over 30 minutes now, because I still haven't received my refund. I sent several emails, left messages, and not once did I receive a return phone call. Don't know of any other company that charges for an item that is out of stock. It is an outrage! Don't know if I will ever get my money back, and it is almost $500 we are talking about. Stay away from this place!
