Complaint / review text:
Morgan-properties forces you to pay up for the gym & pool that most of the time most people don't use and then have to pay extra if the person's name is not on the rental agreement. Utilities are included in the rent.
However, the electricity company is somewhere in CA and is horrible - they never ever respond until you go crazy sending emails because they never provide phone number and if you dispute the electricity amount on the rental bill, you are charge the late fee on top of it and still your dispute is never resolved. The email after weeks of agonizing wait and sending them emails, come back saying dispute resolved, we investigated and everything is right. No explanatino, no paperwork nothing - just pay the Fn bill because we can do what ever we want to do & there is nothing you can do is NPW electricity motto - perfect match for morgan-properties motto. Then the property manager is beyond rude and inconsiderate. When you try contacting the headquarters they send you back to the person whom against you have complaint.
They have no compassion what so ever.
In a situation where someone gets unemployed and seeks their assistance in reducing rent only until that person gets a job, they come back to say they don't care, person is legally bound by the contract so pay up. We don't give a what situation you are in, we don't give a rat's. The property manager has so many complaints from the resident but morgan-properties has never ever done anything instead they endorse her because property managers they hire are exactly what the company stands for - don't give a about residents period.
Sorry amount should be $300 approximately not $3000. Honest mistake.
This is for the morgan-properties company only and they are the only ones who are saying so - the company who has no compassion and has no moral ethics. Surprise surprise surprise!!!
