Complaint / review text:
I prepaid TruGreen on March 20th for aeration and seeding of my lawn. It's not cheap even with the prepay discount. It is now April 22nd and I still have no service. I have literally called TruGreen 20 times and I get from the reps, "That is horrible. We are contacting your local branch right now and telling them to contact you right away." They never contact me; they never come to service my lawn. I am very, very unhappy. I will be asking for a refund tomorrow. I will be contacting Angie's List and the Better Business Bureau. The branch for me is 5105, Upper Marlboro Maryland. Mr. Is the manager. I'm not happy, really not happy.
