Bought a weed eater at Lowe's for farming in May of 2012. It broke in May of 2013. Troy-Bilt has a two-year warranty. We took it to Lowe's. They told us to call Troy-Bilt. We did, and they said to take it to the Fix It Center. It did cost us money to have it looked at. They said it's not under warranty, so we called Troy-Bilt again. They said to take it to another place. My husband said he's tired of the runaround; were they going to honor their warranty or not? They called the Fix It Center, then told my husband it's his fault it's broke. Troy-Bilt is a hunk of a junk and does not honor their warranties, nor does Lowe's, which sells them.
