I wish I had read all of the complaints about eFaucets before deciding to purchase a bathroom vanity from the website. The order was placed on 6/14. On 6/17 I called to find out when it was shipping in order to start arranging the installation and was told they could no longer get the item. I told them to issue a credit. On 6/18, just to be sure it was 100% cancelled, I called and after a forty minute wait on hold, I was told it was cancelled and a credit would be issued. Showing no credit to my account on 6/30 I emailed and received an automated reply telling me I would have a refund in 3-10 business days. Feeling uneasy, I called my credit card company to report the charge. On 7/24, still seeing no credit, I emailed again and got the same automated reply.
Today, I did the same thing again and received the same automated reply. Only after replying (and please know each and every email to this company had an immediate followup email telling them about their past correspondences) to this email telling them that I had contacted my credit card to dispute the charge and that I was going to leave a negative review for them did I get an email back, within a few minutes, saying GOOD NEWS! The Credit has been issued! I haven't checked to see if it actually has yet, but I know my credit card company has already refunded the money, to the point is mute. Stay aware from these thieves!
