My husband and I purchased the Pinnacle Memory foam mattress in February of 2010, paying $1500 dollars. By June, we were both starting to have back problems but were just outside the 90 day return policy stated on my invoice. Now, less than 4 years later, the mattress is sagging on both sides, you feel like you are going to roll out of bed. Terrible sleep every night, we decided to call on our 20 year non prorated warranty, only to find Mattress Giant is not there anymore! Looking online, this seems to be the best help I can find. I am going to email [email protected] and see if I get anywhere. I just want what I purchased. I'll let you know how that goes.
