Complaint / review text:
We purchased a home in December 2014 from Real Net Centurion, the house was transferred into our names on the 11th December. At the time of sale, the house plans were still in the process of being approved by the Council according to the seller and the estate agents. To date, we have still not received the approved house plans which we are addressing with the seller. Based on lawyers feedback from Real Net Centurion, the OTP (offer to purchase) signed between us (Buyers) and the estate agents, the estate agency is not responsible/liable/accountable to us, that the house plans are not approved.
I would like to highlight this matter to potential buyers, be aware and triple check your contract of agreements before signing anything. Estate Agents do not always have the buyers best interests.
