Between 16 - 19 March, I received a call from Just Letting (JL) asking if I want to renew the contract and how the required rent increased, this was late as the notice should have been given to Tenant by February latest. 25th March Just Letting called me to inform that the client doesn't want to renew contract. 26th I called Carol from JL asking her what actions were taken by them in giving the client proper notice & informing him that the rent would increase. Carol said she took over her colleagues file and she will get back to me. She never got back to me instead on the 27th I had to call again. I spoke to the manager who could not confirm the actions taken by Just Letting to renew the contract and timelines. I asked to be kept in touch and to be told when potential tenants wanted to view as I wanted to be a part of this and the inspection to see the condition of the property, communication has been ridiculous. I am now sitting with no tenant, loss of income, I have to beg Just Letting for service, why am I paying Just letting every month whilst the service is so pathetic. My tenant also mentioned that had Just letting communicated earlier he would have renewed the contract.
