The handle on my Ronko rocker knife cracked, # steak knives rusted and the block that holds the knife set cracked. I called Ronko customer service and spoke with a man named Dave. I advised him of the problems with the knife set and also told him the knife set is just shy of a year old. He advised me I would have to return the defective items at the cost of 3.00 per knife at my expense and then pay shipping for the new items to go out AFTER the return of the defective ones! Horrible service and since I refused to pay the return fee or the shipping I will not be getting replacements. Shoddy company that does not stand behind their product or their supposed lifetime warranty!!!
