I had a flat let thru huurkor and form day one struggled to get any feedback from them. After inspecting the premises 24/04/2014 I noticed the flat was sublet although the contract specifically stipulated this was not allowed. I reported this to huurkor. Nothing was done only a message that the tenant was just not there at the time. Then I did another Inspection on 05/01/2015. I was told by the tenants in the flat that the lady that signed the contract does not stay there. I found damages to the property and I yet again contacted Huurkor. The next moment I was told that the Tenant was moving out in 2 months (28/02/2015). I followed up and only received an assessment for huurkor 20 days later. The electric bill was outstanding and hence my new tenant could not open an account. I reported this to huurkor with a response that the electricity bill would be paid by 15/04/2015. And feedback would be given. I have not had any response. I escalated this to Danie Muller (director) and after 2 day today 13/05/2015 the power has been cut as the tenant place by huurkor was not yet paid. When asked when I will receive money to fix the damages I was told that there was only a R1500 of R4500
