I ordered 2 recliners 10 1/2 weeks ago. No one can tell me where they are or when they will be here. I was told 8 weeks. I have written to Lazy-boy and called my retailer 3 times. I cannot believe in this information era that a company could be so backwards and unresponsive. I can completely understand and totally anticipate quality issues. If and when I get this order, I will be back. Really just want my money back!
