Failure to give appropriate information

Last year in May I signed a contract with HUURKOR to rent a property. Upon signing my contract I was told that when I moved out I would have to inform them 2 month's in advanced and I would receive my deposit as well as the key refund back. Early May this year I realised that renting their property was no longer a viable option for me and gave them notice. On my notice I asked to move out as soon as possible because I didn't have money to pay up until the end of July as stated in the contract. My wish was granted and I moved out end of may. My problem is that after I moved out I was told that I would receive my deposit fee and the key fee after 21 days. On the 20th of June I received an email from them stating the damages of my property and I responded to them asking for a quotation of my damages. I then received a call from one of their contractors who were willing to give me a quote and we arranged to meet. Upon our meeting on Thursday 26 June they couldn't do the quote because Huurkor had not given them the property keys. I haven't heard anything from Huurkor since. The abovementioned employer of Huurkor has a bad attitude towards customers and fails to communicate appropriately
