I have been living in Pelican court since May this here. I am a proud owner of a my first home in the complex. I am shocked by the service that De Lucia Group offers. I have made numerous complaints about another resident who is a tenant who is constantly braking complex rules. All De Lucia does is forward the complaint to the owner and the owner forwards the complaint to the tenant and that is where it stops. Tell me, how is that dealing with the issues? Absolutely no sensitivity... Nothing! There is a list of rules that are not been kept too and no one cares. I have been requesting a body corporate meeting since we moved in... I have not heard a thing. What do you guys actually get paid for? Forwarding a complaint is not resolving the complaint. As I understand it other people are also complaining about the same tenant, yet NOTHING gets done. No one cares and the rules are just for decoration.
