Complaint / review text:
I have three accounts with Time Warner... I had an issue with one if the accounts today and called in... The first customer service representative hung up on me... I called back and asked the next representative to talk to a supervisor v513592 and put in a complaint against the first rep I spoke to who hung up on me. Called back again over 1 hour into my ordeal and talked to E206512... Went through entire issue and asked to speak to a supervisor... Was transferred to supervisor 1251018... This person should not be working in customer service. She refused to listen and out right lied to me. (Pull the call and listen) we went back and forth on the call between her and the level three representative because she said she can't transfer me until she tries to work it out. She didn't understand and was going back and fourth between me and level three. I asked to be transferred to a manager as I waned to escalate and she told me there are none... I then said I find that hard to believe and that can't be the case and we went back and forth and she said "her" manager was not in and was on vacation??? Hmm... I asked for the call to be escalated, not yo talk to her supervisor. She lied... There are other people there. Finally she transferred me to E124757 and he was awesome, understood completely and resolved the issue in one minute.
Called back to place another corporate complaint about the supervisor and talked to e20746 and placed a complaint with ticket number 19548180. This lady was great and said a manager would call me back.
At 10:42am (while I was on a plane) Kevin with the management team at Time Warner called me. He said to call back and speak with anyone from management at 3308182155. THERE WAS NO MENTION ON MY ISSUE BEING ADDRESSED OR RESOLVED.
At or around 5pm when I got if the flight I called 3308182155 and it went right to voicemail even know was still open per the voice mail until 9pm. I left a message...
I called the main Time Warner number and spoke to E185090 and went round and round again explaining everything and finally was transferred after about an hour to Katie E152518... She told me after going through the story again that my ticket was closed and marked resolved. I told her it was not resolved. I told her I never talked to any one and I still want to talk to someone. She told me no one was in, in that department. I told her I wanted to place another complaint as my complaint was never addressed.
What do you have to do to get an issue addressed? I have three accounts. One on them I am supposed to be a Signature Service Customer... I spend over $500 a month and gave been a customer for more than 22 years...
Will someone call me back about this entire ordeal?
