I have to admit I've never bought even tickets. I wanted to see a Lakers game and didn't find any good seats at Staples Center. I stopped at Stubhub and inquired. The guy had 3 seats together in a good area, not great, but good. They were $200 each. Not knowing any better I bought them. There was no indication and no notification that Stubhub was not the seller or what the face value was. I paid over $600 for the 3 tickets. When they came in the mail, I saw the face value of each ticket was $93. I called to find out why and was told I bought the tickets from some 3rd party. Stubhub allows the seller to list the tickets for any price they want and Stubhub's policy is to not restrict the price to something reasonable or to list the true face value of the tickets. When I asked why as this would protect their customers, I was told "THAT'S OUR POLICY". They refuse to refund anything and just said "SORRY". Stubhub doesn't care about customers, only profit. Don't buy from stubhub.
